How long does it take for team members to complete a COREnology assessment?
The COREculture™ assessment takes about 5 minutes to complete and the COREvalues™ assessment, which might take between 10 and 15 minutes. (Users often put a lot more thought into each question.)
If you’re administering several assessments at once, we recommend setting an expectation of roughly 30 minutes to respond to every question.
Do I need training to use COREnology?
Please visit the COREnology Academy to receive a detailed description of how to administer the assessment and to help you feel comfortable and confident when facilitating a readout.
