Sending the assessment
The report is easy to use and provides helpful insight for your clients. Follow these steps to send the COREculture assessment to a client:
Step 1
To generate your client’s unique links, head to the COREnology toolkit to select (or create) the Client Group, and click “Send Survey.”
Step 2
Note that the invitations go to the person listed as the Key Contact for the team. That person is instructed to share the link with the entire team.
Step 3
Select the COREculture assessment, then click “Next.” (Make sure other assessments are not selected. COREvalues is typically selected by default.)
Step 4
Select dates by which you’d like team members to complete the survey.
(Don’t worry, the links will not expire. The dates are just reminders.)
Finally, click “Send Survey.”
Generating the report
Follow these instructions to send your team the report containing the results of their COREculture assessment:
Step 1
Check the dashboard for the status of the assessment.
- A red box next to a team’s name means no one has started the assessment.
- A yellow box means some of the team has completed the assessment. You can see how many of the total numberhave completed the assessment as it will say, for example: 3 of 6, or 2 of 8.
- A green box means the assessment has been completed by all team member.
If several days have passed and the assessment is incomplete, send a reminder email to your client (template below).
Step 2
Once all surveys are completed, click on the Team, then click “Generate Report”.
You can download the report as a PDF, and send it to your client via email (template below).
