Sharing the COREscore with your clients
Sharing this one-page report with your clients is easy. You will use it to help them focus on the future.
Review the COREscore report as an encouragement for further growth:
- Explain how the score is calculated: COREculture – COREobstacles = COREscore
- Share that this initial number marks a point in time. The goal is to see how it changes as they strengthen their family culture and reduce any obstacles they are encountering.
- Point out that the COREreport is full of helpful ways to strengthen culture and address obstacles – and remind them that you are here to help as well!
As you work with clients, the COREscore will serve as a simple tool for tracking progress year after year. The COREscore will help your clients see the positive impact of intentional effort, and you will get to celebrate right along with them!
